Percentage of kids with ADD

Mental disorders are a growing concern in the United States. According to the American Psychiatric Association and the Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5% of children have ADHD. However, the numbers are estimated to be much higher than what is reported.

From ages 2-5: 388,000 children, ages 6-11: 2.4 million children, and ages 12-17: 3.3 million children. [Read key findings]
